  • I fell in love with the world of fitness and nutrition completely by accident. I never intended to start a refinement journey of my own, because frankly, I never thought it would be possible for ME. Luckily I connected with a trainer who believed in me and what I was capable of and my life has never been the same! I want others to experience the joy that comes from health and wellbeing!

  • All coaching plans are month to month.  I do require a minimum commitment of three months for all new clients. You may choose to prepay for 3 or 6 months to receive discounted pricing. I utilize Square for payment processing.

  • Though access to equipment within a gym setting is ideal and highly recommended, it is not required. We will work to optimize what is available to you.

  • Yes! I highly recommend MyFitness Pal as it integrates directly into the COAL Fitness app through Trainerize. However, there are other apps available.

  • All clients will receive macros as this provides the most flexible option to meet your nutrition goals, while maintaining a diet YOU enjoy. However, a basic meal plan can be provided upon request to demonstrate how to achieve your macro distribution

  • No problem- in fact, I didn't even know what a Macro was when I started out! I will teach you the tips and tricks for tracking.

  • Yes, supplement recommendations will be based on your programming and what we are seeing as needs during check-ins.

  • Though I do recommend monitoring your health and progress through routine bloodwork, all bloodwork must be reviewed by your physician.

  • COAL Fitness utilizes Trainerize for a one stop shop to facilitate the coordination and tracking of your program. This includes uploaded workouts with educational content, weekly check-in submission, 1:1 messaging and integration with smart watch or health data tracker.
